Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - December 7, 2018 December 7, 2018 10:20

In this week's FCC transactions, All West Wireless is acquiring AWS3 spectrum in 3 Utah counties from Emery Telcom.  AT&T is acquiring 2 PCS licenses in South Dakota from Airwave Wireless and AT&T is acquiring 1 PCS and 2 - 700MHz licenses in Texas from West Central Wireless.  In addition, Sprint submitted 2 new leases for EBS spectrum in Illinois and Missouri/Kentucky.  Both of these leases are new to Sprint.  These leases were previously leased to Utopian Wireless and Xanadoo.
