In this week's FCC transactions, Verizon has filed to acquire the Arkansas counties of an AWS-1 license from Cross Telephone and an AWS-1 license in Texas from Grain Spectrum.  Cellcom filed to acquire 2 PCS and 1 AWS-1 licenses from Niagara Wireless in Wisconsin and Michigan.  In addition, Cellcom is acquiring an AWS-1 license in Wisconsin and Michigan from Wittenberg Telephone.
