In this week's FCC transactions, Verizon applied for 8PCS and 16AWS call signs from T-Mobile in Alabama, California, New York, Massachusetts, Colorado, Iowa, Utah, New Mexico, Montana, Washington and Oregon. Verizon also applied for another PCS spectrum from Manti Tele Communications in Utah. In turn, T-Mobile applies for 11PCS and 5AWS call frequencies in Colorado, New York, Massachusetts, Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and some areas around the Great Lakes.

For New Leases, we see the Sitka Tribe of Alaska leasing their EBS tribal license to the Central Council of Tlingit & Haida Indians of Alaska. Circle Computer Resources applies to lease 2 3.5GHz bands from Comcast in Oregon. T-Mobile also files to lease 2 EBS spectrum from Dixie State University and Washington County School District in Southern Utah. Down in Florida, Apollo Wireless files to lease a 700MHz call sign from BPC spectrum, and SoniqWave leases their EBS license to Point Broadband.

We only have one transaction this week: Federated Rural Electric has filed to lease a 3.5 GHz call sign from Back 40 wireless in Minnesota.

In this week's FCC Daily Digest, there are three groups of transactions. First, Inland Cellular applied for a BRS license from SCE Broadband in Washington. In the second group of transactions, AT&T filed for two 700MHz call signs in Pennsylvania. Lastly, SoniqWave filed for an EBS license from Lubbock Independent School District in Texas.
